Discussion on Programs, Barriers and Opportunities
Building on the discussions started during the 2018 LMI Public Forums (PDF), NYSERDA and the NYS Department of Public Service will incorporate stakeholder feedback sessions to discuss current initiatives and identify opportunities to improve the impact of energy and affordability programs in communities. The discussion will take place following the educational portion of each LIFE Regional Meeting and is estimated to run from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Discussion attendees are not required to attend in the educational portion of the LIFE Regional Meeting. The feedback session is free to attend, but advance registration is required.

Each LIFE Regional Meeting attracts regional representatives from utilities, state and local government agencies, non-profits, and private organizations. What they have in common is a commitment to helping low-income households address their energy needs. These meetings offer an ideal opportunity to showcase your services and products to our unique audiences.
LIFE has established a scholarship to assist individuals from nonprofit organizations, government agencies, tribal organizations, and educational institutions who are unable to afford the cost of conference registration. The application deadline is April 10, 2019
